Title: Online Trouble Post by: DOCa Cola on June 20, 2006, 08:35:32 PM could you please post the contents of your FOData\FOData.ini file?
DOCa Cola Title: Online Trouble Post by: Captain_Kirk76 on June 20, 2006, 09:48:25 PM I think this is the correct file
; Fleet Operations Configuration and Information storing File ; ; It does not give you any super special features to change values here ; The file is just here to store information about configuration ; here is nothing you couldn't change with the loader too ; Changes may trace your installation unuseable ; ; So, i hope thats enough :-) [General] Version=3 Preview Release DetailedVersion=3 Preview Release [Components] MapEditInstalled=1 VideosInstalled=1 DocsInstalled=1 TechtreeInstalled=0 MMPackInstalled=1 [Settings] IntroEnabled=1 WindowMode=0 SplashEffect=1 TeamColor=1 VolumeLight=1 StarfieldDetail=2 [MapEditorOptions] WindowMode=0 Title: Online Trouble Post by: DOCa Cola on June 20, 2006, 10:11:25 PM looks fine to me.
now, you have two options. either reinstall fleet operations and try again to join any fleet operations labled games or ask someone in the online gaming forum here to make a test game with you to find out if it just was a one time event or problems related to gamespy etc etc DOCa Cola Title: Online Trouble Post by: Cpt Ryan on June 20, 2006, 10:15:24 PM if that doesn't work (before re-installing), maybe you could try playing over manual IP. worth a shot i guess.
