The Leahval Class is a meidum cruiser of the Romulan Empire and one of the few vessels which stays as you build them.. the Romulans can refit most of their vessels or build modifikations from themn.
The Leahval itself will have 2 special abilities, but i'm wirking on them at the moment so i cand give you further information... :D

they modify a few chassis :) the battleships (d'deridex and so on) are not to refit
