Nobody knew (by the way I was aiming for Oddesy but) note this was on a site called proboards support, note 80,000 or so members XD

Ambassador Sarek... eh, Mark Lenard of course. He played the Klingon commander on a vessel attacked by V'ger. However, the words he spoke were created by James Doohan. :) So it was a Federation engineer who taught a Vulcan ambassador to speak Klingon. :D PS: No google, no looking up... pure knowledge.
