yah im tryan to dounlode a romulan war file and i need to know what do i use to open a sprit file or .spr

try image softwear ( i think) eg photoshop or paintshop, make sure its an advanced one not paint!

on some instructions it says to add words i doubt it is photo shop but thanks

i looked up .spr it says its a texture file used in the sims and other games.

A Sprite file is written one, you can open it with the normal windows editor or wordpad...

on armada 2 (and fleetops) a .spr file is indeed a writen one (recamendation use notepad to open it and get rid of wordwrap it is the program i use when ever i have to change a file in a video game and i have had no problems with it)

this mod is pritty cool from the U-4 to the U-18 in first ship yard and U-22(cabbage) to the V-8[cricket(rom bop)]

Yes, spr files can be opened and edited with the simple windows editor. I use it too.
