While it has been a long time between releases, v3 is more than a simple update or addition or bugfix, unlike previous mods (and previous versions of fleetops) v3 is adding completely new featres to the game by literally pushing the boundaries of what is possible to do to the max, and further still... one of the biggest of these is the addition of avatars.
