1. a ship cood use it as a speshal abilty. it whood made a tranparint ship tham whood be in site the ship in quetion and trasparint copy in the the ship using this abilty whood ove back and forth giving a inpreson of crating a blur.

so baskly this comput of the ship in side the uther one whood off-set by like 2 pixels. amkeing a totaly new afect.  

This something like the nebulas special ability in reg A2?

No, he means a new cloak affect the would make the ship look like a blur. This would not be a new weapon.

You can still se blurs tho.

The current cloak affect shows a transparent ship. He want a transparent, blured ship. The blur will give you the idea that you cant get a good lock on it.

Basically the D'deridex special weapon already except this time you can see it?
