1. i think it is a persons sivic doty to be intrested in politaics.
2. hate full and politcl are 2 difrant things. i think hatte full shood be wich it is.

4. if not for us to say what and what not shood be bannd on this form thats doca cola and opect and deterters job.

The internet is based upon free speech. To not allow a discussion of a subject is censorship that isn't necessary, although some of these 'debates' do get rough. But hey, i'm DEFIANT, I live to be defiant.

We have the right of free speech :D

True. There is big difference in free speech in debate and spamming.

can you explane what you think spaming is.  

"I have a new car."  This is spamming. Doesn't fit in this topic.
Sometimes spams are advertisementsc, content is meaningless for topic.

Yup, and I would also add that spamming is also lets say if someone posts only a smiley in a reply, or just say OK or something like that :)  

i agree with that some things that are sed are out of place.

as long as it is a discussion we can discuss about politics, our ideas and opinions. as soon as it comes to the point where people shout "you are an idiot cause my opinion is the only true one" we moderators have to close that topic. that's quite sad cause that shows that we are unable to discuss a topic

"i have a new car" is spamming
"i have a new BMW. i'm quite pleased with it! what cars do you have?" is the beginning of a discussion
"LOOOL!! MY CAR IS THE BEST" is stupid

Glad that we defined all this. Optec you could put your examples ( car example is my of course hehe) in board rules, so other can see what we don't want to see in forums.

it just depends on the situation which post is useful or just spam. i am happy that only a few ppl spam on our forum (otherwise i had no free time anymore for fleet operations and other stuff but the forum). if someone keeps spamming he'll get temporary bans, i won't suspend any accounts (yet). temporary bans are better though like a few ours, a week or a year - always better to kick someone out. but in simple words spoken optec has given a basic example how a useful post looks, it's that what i always say, i like to see the idea behind your posts not just the result of your ideas. that supports our forthcoming in discussion or mod making. esspecialy in the feature request, we can reply more to your answers if you state more. simple math :)

pollotics and religion are two of the most volatile subjects i know of. I am a buddhist and everyone else i know is a christian and i am treated almost as if i am inferior, it is just not  f***ing fair.  at least my friends and family don't treat me like i am inferior but other people do.
