Star Trek Armada II: Fleet Operations

The Dominion development is reaching it's final stage and nearly all vessels are completed now. Therefore we want to introduce one of them to you.

The C-11 Interception Destroyer is a quite modern and agile Dominion design. It was constructed to bring several new technologies and weapons into the field rather then being a deadly combat vessel like most other Dominion vessels are. It is equipped with a single Polaron Disruptor and medium-level shieldings.
During several post-Dominion-War conflicts the Founders utilized this vessels to support their fleets and access a deadly variety of combat measures.
The Dominion C-11 Interception Destroyer is the first Support Vessel you can build and it can be build with every Avatar. Like every other Support Vessel it has three special abilities. One which is available from the start and two which get available as you upgrade the Interception Destroyer. Let's have a look at them:

Creating a unique field of low-level EM fluctuation the Interception Destroyer is capable of refreshing the energy sources on most Dominion Warships. This increases their special energy stock

Because most Dominion Starships are 'fire-and-forget' cruisers with less flexibility then a Federation vessels the founders ordered some research in that direction. The result is a flexible energy transfer system which allows all Dominion vessels within range to increase their weaponrange.

[color=FF99FF]Level 3 - Cascade Feedback[/color]
The most destructive special ability the C-11 Interception Destroyer can access is also it's last one. Cascade Feedback creates a Tetrion fluctuation at the targeted region. This causes internal explosions and feedback waves to all affected vessel. The damage dealt by this feedback does even increase with the complexity of the starship. This means that Cascade Feedback deals damage to a vessel based on the number of special abilities this starship can use. The more special abilities there are, the more damage is dealt to that vessel.

nice ship, looks like a double edge  klingon dagger to me, very stylish.

I thought that ramoore classes where annoying with their ecm but this ships is worse, i can already see The C-11 interceptor supporting that artillery. makes the artillery just a bit more dangerous :D

Great just great, waiting for V0.3 with even greater impatience!!! This is not just a mod, it will be greather than Armada 3 would ever be. Great work guys!!! Star Trek community is waiting for Star trek games, and i don't know why are none in development. So fleetops is the only bright star on the horizon.

we have a plenty of work left before we can release V3, but i guess nearly 85% are done  :D  

so i estomate 2 or 3 weeks? maby 1 month?

i think christmas is a good date  ;)

that will give us hopefully the time we need for some visual refits of federation ships as akira and defaint  

speeking of akira could you guies add a photon to it for realisem it techenaly is the fed torp arterly

Is "focused weapons" going to apply to the artillery ship too?

LOL yeah games tend to get better with each new version, this is sadly not always true of course( A1 and A2 ) :cry:

:) , that september estimation was way wrong, well I guess thats why they didnt gave us the release date, because things happen they, or anyone else, can control. Which delays the game :)

One of them did say they would release in september. I guess I have to live on San Andreas and BF 1942.
