I have to work around the problem, that this GIF file behaves different from usual gif animations. I will make an avi of it and reconvert it to GIF, that way I should gain access to the transparancy settings.

As it was original a game mod animation, I fixed the order, so it decloaks first and explodes at last. Looks better to me. Still, some palette tweaking could be done, but I'll leave it as it is.
