my idea is to give tham and only tham the abiltay make small defisve stashons like big wepind plat forms. the wepind plat forms will be abul to make scawts and bards of pray and nuthing more.

I dont really have any ideas on the klingons, maybe the borg but not klingons

You want to give them MORE defenses? They already have the most powerful weapons platforms and starbases, even more powerful then the Borg.

I think they need to be toned down some and make each races weapons platforms nearly balanced like Romulan platforms fire slow powerful Disruptors and Federation platforms fire rapid weak Phasers/Torpedos.

I would like to see something called a minor outpost and it would be able to build the mining ship and the scout for that race and have some prety minimal weaponry, maybey only that of a defensive platform, to compliment mining stations and help defend them better.

ya that whood be cool. i was thinking some thing that was uneek to them like a ship or stashon that cood do some thing no other cood do.

i will use it a big problom with miss speling is the fack you dont know what the coret speling is so i mite chage the ward in to some thing that looks rite but has a totaly difrant meaning. but thanks

I like the idea of a armed mining station with very light weapons or giving weapons to the miners themselves that would fire while they are mining.

Takes me back to my first ever idea of arming those little shuttles with very light weapons.

Reply you mean those little shuttles plying around starbases? But the klingons could use a lightly armed mining station.

So could everyone, every station should have some sort of defense, even just for things like asteroids and the occasional pirate.

Yes those little shuttles, funny to see them flying without a care while their station gets blown up.

Not sure what an automouton is but the shuttles don't do much but party while stations get blown to hell...

Those shuttles should go kamakazzee! lol  a cube commes into view of a station, suddenly all those shuttles break off and fly into the cube causing it to explode, in which the shock wave destroy's the station
